robertaltman > Baron Wolman and Rob again. I'm a great fan and admirer of Baron's extensive body of work. He once hired me on to photograph the questionably talented but assuredly notorious "Cockettes" of San Francisco for his hip fashion magazine "Rags."
robertaltman > The great Ben Fong-Torres surrounded by Jim and Robert.

Ben wrote the forward to my book. Thank you Ben.

Ben had me guest 2 x on his KGO radio show. Thank you 2 x Ben.

robertaltman > Jim Marshall and writer Herb Gold.

"Herb studied philosophy at Columbia University and became involved with the burgeoning Beat Generation, which resulted in a lifelong friendship with poet Allen Ginsberg. Soon he won a Fulbright Scholarship and moved to Paris, where he finished his first novel. I think he's published over 40 books since.

Herb is an analog guy and you can't visit his website and he can't visit yours. Best to lure Herb to lunch.
robertaltman > The garden at the Plant was filled with live music in the evening
